Will the drones at your event be FPV only or will the pilots have to always maintain eye contact with them?
There are three divisions of competition. In Division 3, racers can use the rolling spider drone without any modifications. In Division 1 and 2, FPV is encouraged, but it is not mandatory.
Will there be time to practice on the race course?
Yes. We will schedule practice time slots for each team weeks before the race to allow ample time to plan. Practice time will be from 8 A.M. to 10 A.M. on Saturday morning. We are working on seeing if we can have the course set up for Friday afternoon.
